Vibe Build ChallengeSend your pitch

A standing offer for people already building with AI

You bring the build. I bring the brand, the hosting, and the marketing boost.

Pick any name from my portfolio at 199.domains — brandable and keyword domains, all $199 or less. Send me a pitch for what you'd build on it. If I take it, the domain and hosting cost you nothing, your launch gets a push to my community of 320,000+ vibe coders, and we split revenue 50/50.

Why this exists

I spend every day around vibe coders — I founded Vibe Coding is Life, the largest vibe coding community online, 320,000+ members strong. The pattern is always the same: people ship genuinely impressive builds in a weekend, then stall on everything around the build. A name people would trust. Hosting bills for a project that isn't earning yet. And nobody seeing it after launch.

Meanwhile, I own a portfolio of brandable domains, I've spent 25 years building and marketing on the web, and I run my own products on the same infrastructure you'd be getting. The names are sitting there. The playbook is sitting there. What I don't have is time to build everything myself.

Those two problems solve each other. That's the whole idea: you build, I supply the name and the rails, and we both only win if the product earns.

How it works

01

Pick a name

Browse 199.domains and find a domain that fits an app you actually want to build. The pitch matters more than the name — if you have a strong idea and want help matching it to a domain, say so in the form.

02

Send the pitch

One form. What you'd build, how it makes money, and proof you ship — a link to something you've made plus your X or LinkedIn so I can confirm you're real.

03

Get the green light

If I take the pitch, we agree terms in writing, I point the domain and set up hosting on Vercel and Supabase, and you start building. Your code stays yours.

04

Launch and split

You build and run the product. Revenue flows through a shared Stripe account we can both see, and splits 50/50. No invoicing, no chasing.

The deal, plainly

What I put in

  • The domain — you never buy it, it's deployed to the project
  • Hosting and infrastructure, set up and paid for
  • All initial AI costs — LLM API usage and image generation for the build — covered until your first paying customer
  • Hands-on marketing help from me — I've sold over $1M in AI and web solutions, and marketing what I build is what I do every day
  • Launch promotion to the 320,000+ members of Vibe Coding is Life, my newsletter, my blogs, and my 14,000+ LinkedIn followers

What you put in

  • The build itself — use whatever AI tools you build with
  • Keeping the product running and improving after launch
  • Marketing your product — I amplify launches and help with strategy, but the day-to-day promotion is yours
  • Revenue through the shared Stripe account, so the split is transparent both ways

Terms in one paragraph: revenue splits 50/50. No equity changes hands, no contracts longer than they need to be. Either side can walk away — you keep your code, I keep the domain, unless you've already earned it (see below). Everything gets agreed in writing before you write a line of code.

Beyond the split

Half the revenue is the headline, but it's not the only reason to do this.

Earn the domain outright

Cross $2,500 in lifetime revenue and I transfer the domain to you, free. It's yours from then on, whatever happens with the partnership. No five-year wait.

Marketing from day one

A launch push to Vibe Coding is Life's 320,000+ members, my newsletter, my blogs, and 14,000+ LinkedIn followers — plus my help on positioning and copy, not just a single post. Most side projects die from silence. Yours starts with an audience.

Infrastructure you don't babysit

DNS, hosting, deployment pipeline, database — set up and paid for. Initial LLM and image-generation costs are on me too, until your first paying customer. You build the product, not the plumbing.

A partner, not a course

Direct access to me on build and marketing decisions while you work. I've sold over $1M in AI and web solutions, and I only make money when you do — the incentives point the same direction.

Build of the Year

Every year the best-performing build gets its domain transferred immediately, plus a dedicated marketing push across everything I run.

A real brand, not a hackathon name

Shipping on a brandable domain with a partner's name attached beats another project on a free subdomain. It changes how users — and future employers or acquirers — see the work.

The names

Brandable and keyword domains, every one of them $199 or less on the open marketplace. For this challenge, the one you pick costs you nothing.

Who's behind this

Mark Fulton, founder of Reinventing.AI and Vibe Coding is Life

I'm Mark Fulton, founder of Reinventing.AI and of Vibe Coding is Life, the largest vibe coding community online — 320,000+ members and growing. I've spent 25 years in digital marketing and development, sold and delivered over $1M in web, app, and AI solution services, and built 80+ AI systems. Before all of that I was a domain reseller and blogger — which is how I ended up with a portfolio of names too good to leave parked.

This challenge is me putting that portfolio — and that marketing reach — behind the people best positioned to build on it. Take the deal and you get me in your corner on marketing, not just a domain and a server. And I'm not selling you anything here: if the product doesn't earn, neither of us does.

Questions I'd ask too

Who owns what?+

Your code is yours, full stop. The domain stays mine until the product crosses $2,500 in lifetime revenue — then I transfer it to you free. If either of us walks away before that, you take your code with you.

What if it never makes money?+

Then neither of us gets paid, and you owe me nothing — not for the domain, not for the hosting. You'll have shipped a real product on a real brand, which is more than most side projects manage.

Can I pitch my own idea, or does it have to match the domain?+

Pitch the idea you actually want to build. A strong pitch with a loose domain fit beats a weak pitch with a perfect name — and if nothing in the portfolio fits, tell me what you're building and I'll suggest names.

What stack do I have to use?+

Whatever you build with. Hosting runs on Vercel and Supabase because that's the infrastructure I operate — if your build deploys there, you're set. Anything unusual, mention it in the pitch and we'll figure it out.

How is revenue tracked and paid out?+

Through a shared Stripe account both of us can see. Transparent by construction — no invoicing me, no trusting screenshots.

Why do you ask for my X or LinkedIn and past work?+

Because I'm giving a domain and paid infrastructure to a stranger on the internet. A profile and one shipped thing — an app, a repo, a demo — is the minimum for me to confirm you're a real person who finishes things.

Can I just buy the domain instead?+

Sure — everything in the portfolio is listed at 199.domains for $199 or less. The challenge is for people who'd rather trade upside than cash.

How many pitches get accepted?+

A handful at a time. I'd rather do a few of these properly — real launch support, real attention — than run a hundred half-supported experiments.
